Ok I’m not looking to use these small mirrors for looking at my skin or my chin or my hairs on my chin. Or to put on makeup. I have other uses. I’m also looking for 20 and 30 power mirrors. Very difficult to find in similar stand for either but definitely difficult to find a 30x mirror.
Using these mirrors is for practical purpose only. Otherwise what I’m doing with them is a secret…..gotta kid people I do. So this review has nothing to do with most peoples uses. On the other hand this mirror and it’s 10x cousin both seem to be good enough for every day use looking at your pores I suppose.
I’m not giving it above 3 for my needs it works but really could use the higher power magnifications in similar stand. I don’t want lighted mirrors or any gimic. I think these mirror’s could scratch easily and so made soft polar fleece hoods that turn into bags to store these in. They may not be the absolute best distortion free mirrors but they are decent and I see no halos around images and basically pretty good images back at me or make that you…..Have fun with this little thing but do care to avoid scatching the mirror itself.

This mirror is so small and the stand is so short that it would be useless as a travel mirror. You would have to put it on a stack of books to get it high enough to use, and then you could only make up one half of an eye at a time. I returned it immediately. The description does not adequately explain how tiny it really is.

It had to be small for traveling..but it makes it a bit hard to use. It is well made and it does the job. If you need to get something out of your eye…this mirrorJerdon Model’s Choice MC315N 3″ 15X Travel Folding Mirror, Nickel Finish will do the trick. The mirror comes with h nice little travel bag.

the mirror is small so you cant focus the magnify side unless it is so close to your face. The regular side is ok, but not what I expected.
